Quality Trust for Individuals with Disabilities – Individuals with Disabilities Advocacy System

Implemented an advocacy delivery system that allows Quality Trust to track advocacy activities, capture consumer demographics, determine service requests, identify services that were met or unmet, and perform trend analysis of advocate and consumer activity that assist in the increase support in the quality of services and well-being of individuals with mental retardation and developmental disabilities.

The front-end user interface is written in DHTML (Dynamic Hypertext Mark-up Language), Microsoft Active Server Pages (ASP) 3.0 and JavaScript running on an IIS 5.0 web server. The back-end database resides on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server using Microsoft SQL Server 2000. Reports were developed using Seagate’s Crystal Reports 8.5.
