Video Teleconferencing

Obverse enables organizations to have face-to-face meetings with colleagues while being in different locations by designing and implementing Video Teleconferencing Rooms (VTCR). Two sites (point-to-point) or multiple sites (multipoint) can participate in a conference.

Video teleconferencing is an effective environment for face-to-face meetings because it allows for natural conversational meetings. With no bright TV lights, and no obtrusive cameras or microphones, we can design a room for video teleconferencing to emphasize the meeting, not the room. Participants have all the elements needed for a successful meeting, including interactive audio, full motion video, and multimedia graphics. They can share computer-generated graphics, video tapes, and written documents. Even though the participants are in different locations, they feel like they are across the table from one another – and for all practical purposes, they are.

Our engineers can implement a configuration that allows participants to use all the elements needed for successful meetings, including:

  • Interactive audio
  • Full-motion graphics
  • Facsimile machine
  • Full-motion video
  • Private meetings
  • PC graphics
  • Graphs, charts, and photographs
  • VCR recording and playback
  • 3-D objects
